Episode Four moves between testimony, memory, and the group's last investigation of Addison Apartments. Sal's account sounds impossible in court, but the playable flashback shows how carefully the friends prepared to destroy the corruption inside the building.
The chapter contains several strict collectibles: five teeth, nine VHS tapes, every resident conversation, and skill-based guitar sequences. Make a manual save before entering the final assault if you are pursuing all achievements.
Chapter 4 Walkthrough: Steps, Codes & Choices
Step 1 – Read Beelzebub's runes and enter 867
Visit gallery rooms one through three and count the lines in the paired symbols. The clue reads 7, 6, 8 in discovery order; reverse it at the keypad and enter 8, 6, 7. Record the six-symbol result found beyond the door for later.
◉ Tip: The rune value is the number of lines in the symbol, not its position on the wall: 768 is the clue, 867 is the usable door input.
Step 2 – Search every apartment for tapes and teeth
Speak to every resident, collect the pocket knife, and inspect rooms before moving floors. In room 502, cut open the bird cage and place the five teeth according to the inverted compass clue, with the black tooth in the center. For Brothers, inspect the mattress in room 504, leave the room, return, inspect it again, and check the noose three times.
◉ Tip: The Made in China sticker is upside down, so invert north/south and east/west when placing the teeth.
Step 3 – Open the floor panel with 435542
Use the knife on the suspicious panel in apartment 201. Convert the six runes from Beelzebub's fourth room by counting their lines; enter 435542 to recover the OTHERS VHS tape.

Step 4 – Complete the guitar and Endless One sequences
During the assault, switch characters deliberately and play each guitar pattern without a missed note. From the roof down, the barrier patterns are 2-6-11; 1-5-8-9; 3-7-1-9-10; 4-7-9-7-10-6-3; and 10-6-9-5-10-6-3-8-2. Collect all remaining tapes before entering 103 and beginning the final confrontation with Terrence Addison.
