Secure the 5364 route in the dream

Read the four visual clues and enter 5364 at the keypad. The correct code matters later for the Gear Boy achievement path, even though the door can be opened another way.

Build the Gear Boy route before the investigation ends

Pick up the Gear Boy in Sal's bedroom, batteries from the kitchen, the basement access route from Lisa, and the game cartridge from Lost and Found. Complete every available Gear Boy chapter before concluding.

Clear the three hidden sightings

For The Unknown, inspect the morgue body, the boarded wall-eye on the fifth floor, and the demon in Larry's kitchen. Do this while the building remains open for exploration.

Choose and record a tea outcome

Use sleeping aid with Addison tea for Go to Sleep, or the old laxative for Irritable Bowels. Finish one path, then replay the Chapter for the other.
